I've compiled KanjiPad (http://fishsoup.net/software/kanjipad/) for pdaXrom.
It's not very advanced, I think, but for basic Kanji entry, up to 3000 Kanji it'll do, and it's very accurate, if you get the stroke order right.
I'd be glad to see if anyone uses this and what your thoughts are...
