can you guys help a newbie
I have just bought a AV560 i upgraded from a second generation Ipod. Im happy with the audio features and pics.

But i cant work out how to do  the following. I have Mpeg4 files on my pc as i have a psp and use PSP9 to convert to MPEG4 i shrink the files first using shrink 3.2.

When i transfer the mpeg 4 files it shows on the machine but they wont play i get error message saying about wrong file type.

any ideas whats going wrong I have no idea how to use virtual dub or the mpeg4 translator.

An idiots guide with lots of help would be really appreciated.
