Title: Simpad Models - Need Help

Hello,
I need some help by describing different models.

Is this right?

All models:
*Intel StrongARM 1110, 206 MHz 32-bit RISC Processor
*8.4" TFT touchscreen (800 x 600 pixel, 65536 colours)
*RS 232, IrDA, SmartCard, USB and Headset
*Li-Ion battery
*180 x 263 x 28 mm in size
*1 kg
*Windows CE 3.0 or .NET OS

Model specific:

CL4:
*32 MB RAM, 16 MB Flash
*DECT Modul (here I'm not sure)
*PC Card Slot

T-Sinus:
same as cl4 or is cl4 without DECT and t-sinus have one?

WP50 (Swisscom):
*32 MB RAM, 16 MB Flash
*DECT Modul
*NO PC CARD SLOT!

SL4:
*64 MB RAM, 32 MB Flash
*PC Card Slot

SLC:
*64 MB RAM, 32 MB Flash
*DECT Modul
*PC Card Slot


It would be cool if there is someone who have a WP50 and is willing to make a mainboard picture. The names of ram and flash chips also would help.

IIRC the "weaker" models (T-Sinus) have a NiMH battery.
