this is a neat environment and runs on arm 9 and 11 xscale processors.
too bad their stuff is proprietory and not opensource

Yeh, it was pretty cool back when I worked on it, but I have not seen it recently.
I can't say too much obviously.  I flipped a few folks out there when I showed
them SavajeOS running on my SL-5500 though (although not natively).

I thought it was never ported to Zaurus devices. Is there anywhere a solution for the C760?

Sun now owns the SavaJe IP, they bought it after the company went bankrupt.

I've seen posts on the on the OpenMoko list to the effect that Sun is rapidly working on porting the SavaJe stuff to the OpenMoko device.

Perhaps Sun _is_ finally freeing java!
