Title: Akita Goes To Sleep While I'm Listening To Mpd.

I told it not to even sleep at all in the sleep configuration applet in GPE, but it still suspends regularly every 5-6 minutes or so.  How do you fix this?

This is a bug in ipaq-sleep / gpe-conf which has since been fixed.

Does this mean that an ipkg update && ipkg upgrade will fix it?  Or the fix hasn't been added to the feeds yet?

added some stuff into 3.5.4.1-rc4 feeds so probably it will get it.

Yes, that should fix the issue.

This is great work. Thanks you all.
I found sometimes that my Zaurus wouldn't wake up after this and I had to do a hard reset. Anyone else experience this?

I never had problems w/ APM resume. However, I noticed that sometimes the backlight wouldnt come on by itself after dimming / blanking.

I had that problem as well however i modded the zaurusd files to turn off the backlight rather than turn off the device when i close the case so when i get this problem i close the lid and reopen and it automatically fixes the problem

the only problem i have is with the power button working while the lid is closed, i have turned it on a couple of times when putting it in my pocket and not noticed till hours latter (thats why i carry a spare batt pack at all times )
