Title: How Does Oesf Forums Look Like?

A web app that 'maps' out web sites into 'tree' graphs. Quite neat to see how a site is skewed or balanced over its structure and contents.

that's really cool! shame you can't interact with it like the hypertree applet:

Wow ... the hypertree applet is pretty cool as well! ...

this reminds me of www.buddhavacana.net/doc.php ... a mindmapping applet (browsing only) ... though the dynamic centering of hypertree is really cool!

I also wondered if the above mapping applet can be modded to allow users to click on each node to launch the relevant page ... hover to see its contents etc

I did quite a bit of work with hypertree in my previous job, and yes, you can have text associated with each node that brings up more information below including a link to another page.

Hypertree is powered by XML, the version for download includes the xml libraries, but they are buggy, so download the latest versions and it fixes things.
