A web app that 'maps' out web sites into 'tree' graphs. Quite neat to see how a site is skewed or balanced over its structure and contents.

that's really cool! shame you can't interact with it like the hypertree applet:

Wow ... the hypertree applet is pretty cool as well! ...
this reminds me of www.buddhavacana.net/doc.php ... a mindmapping applet (browsing only) ... though the dynamic centering of hypertree is really cool!
I also wondered if the above mapping applet can be modded to allow users to click on each node to launch the relevant page ... hover to see its contents etc

I did quite a bit of work with hypertree in my previous job, and yes, you can have text associated with each node that brings up more information below including a link to another page.
Hypertree is powered by XML, the version for download includes the xml libraries, but they are buggy, so download the latest versions and it fixes things.

Cool! ... Will look into it a bit more ... may have some application of it somewhere ...
