Title: File transfer won\'t work via USB TCP/IP?
Post by: Ethereal on February 26, 2004, 08:48:55 pm
I changed the PC link settings on my 5600 (Sharp 1.32 ROM, Special Kernel) from USB-I/O to USB-TCP/IP so I could use OpenSSH.  (Which, BTW, is GREAT!  )  However, I notice file transfer no longer works, which requires software installation to take a more circuitous route via CF card reader/CF card slot. :?   Is this just an inherent weakness of file tranfer and/or USB-TCP/IP, or do I have some setting screwed up?

You need to set the Zaurus Manager to the same setting TCP/IP so it matches your Z.

I did.  Sync and backup work, but file transfer doesn\'t seem to be adaping as readily...

Never mind.  File transfer works fine after rebooting the Z.
