Deales are lowering Z prices these days ... New model on the way ?
-
I've been wondering the same thing. I've only noticed it recently because I'm about to buy a C1000. I do know that some of the price fluctuations I've seen are due to the US dollar vs the Yen.
I expect there may be a new unit in the fall.

Well, two biggest German dealers are lowering prices almost each week a bit. I wonder if zaurus will be discontinued or just new model is coming (if yes, it will probably have wi-fi built in, Trisoft and Pluster are out of stock for wlan CF:)

We don't have news on a new Zaurus model...
The issue with WLAN CF cards is that one manufacturer after the other is discontinuing Prism 2.5 based 802.11b cards. Our sequence of suppliers was: SanDisk, Pretec, D-Link.
We still have some D-Link in stock ([a href=\"http://www.handheld-linux.com/wiki.php?page=DCF-660W]http://www.handheld-linux.com/wiki.php?page=DCF-660W[/url]) - but no replacement yet.

and as far as I know there's still no linux driver for the newer 11g CF card from linksys.

No new units announced for a while. Although I would love to see this years wish list. :}
