Title: How to do NAND backup?

I\'ve installed/configured enough things successfully on my new 5600 that I\'m getting more and more paranoid that the next thing I do is going to screw the whole device up and put me back to square one.  (Maybe just PTSD from my recent Pocket PC experience...)  I\'ve used the Sharp PC-based backup app, but I would like something more all-inclusive.

I\'ve heard NAND backups--accessed via Service or Diagnostic menus--mentioned in other posts, but how do you get to those menus?  (Or is this not really what I\'m wanting to do?)
