Title: Pdaxrom On 5500
Post by: Schnoober on June 30, 2006, 09:45:14 am
Well, my Collie has risen from the ashes an entirely new animal with new possibilities.
I just installed OZ on it for the first time. A lot of hoop-jumping but i up!

Anyway so I did that, but really what I want is to buy a 3200, and for that the temptation is to run pdaXrom, but I'd like to try it out first. So my question is this:

What results have people had running pdaXrom on a 5500? Is this wise or is the device just not up to the task?

I only ask because it's another round of reading and research and hoop jumping before I get that one to work. I'd like to know that there is light at the end of that tunnel.

Hmmm,

Seems like it might be a lot of effort only to be flummoxed by the size of the screen. This comes as no surprise, of course.

What do you think of pdaXrom generally?
Their site seems to be in a state of mid-development, and I wasn't sure that I was finding all the files I would need for the flash process.

I looked all the screenshots though. Looks like fun.
