Title: Where Is Cups_1.1.23-r1?

I'm trying to find cups_1.1.23-r1 package, because it is supposed to include a web interface for cups (localhost:631).  It doesn't seem to be in any of the feeds except Angstrom, and the dependencies for the one in Angstrom won't work on OZ/GPE 3.5.4.1.  Does anyone know another place to look or where it is?
