Dear Everyone,
I have purchased a SDIO card from C-Guys that work in SLC-860 with
stock sharp rom but not in cacko. The driver from C-Guys can also be
used as a 2G sd card driver but again cannot work in cacko.
Any suggestions ?
BR,
Felix.

so what is it that you want specifically? to use a 2gb+ card or the i/o functionality?
-
Umm, use the sharp rom?

Dear Bam,
Sorry for not answering earlier since I left my password at office.
No, I was inquiring the difference between sharp rom and cacko rom
for 860 because I thought they were identical. But when I tried
2G SD and SDIO card they functioned well in sharp but NOT in
cacko rom when using C-guys drivers.
What I would like to ask is, does anyone know the difference between
the two roms ?
BR,
Felix.

there are alot of differences, but only Anton can really tell you all of them...

Dear Bam,
Some further information.
I installed tetsu's kernel(V14i) and the C-guy's SD driver still worked
so there is no problem with the kernel.
May be a problem with substorage module ? since I have to install
tetsu's usbstorage module.
Any suggestions ?
BR,
Felix.
