The gaim FAQ says that getting this file will solve all my problems, but the download link is broken, grrr.

Does anyone have a copy?

That seemed to resolve my libpng.so.2.1.0.9 errors for GAIM.  Beyond that, you may want to read through the problems/resolutions in that thread to figure it out-

Are you planning to use it for MSN or Yahoo IM?  If so, please let me know as I have been unable to get either to work yet.  I can get IRC working, but MSN and Yahoo have probs (as indicated in the other thread) that are preventing either from working.

Ah, glad to see it\'s not just me. Somewhat complicated due to running it through a Socks 5 proxy server on the end of a SSH tunnel as well
