Hello,
I'd like to install a version of X-Windows (or similar software) on my Zaurus.
Do you know please where can I find this software?

There is no such thing as "X-Windows".

And, if you want to keep the Sharp ROM, try XQt. Search the forum for Meanie's XQt jumbo package.
