it's hard to tell how big OnlyPrime's products are, but I think they're handhelds. can anyone translate even a little bit?

Looking at the specs here (http://www.onlyprime.co.kr/html/product/AP255_arrange.html?cmd=list&menuid=M010304) it seems that it only has a 320x240 screen, and that it's maybe 4 inches.
