I use socket bluetooth CF cards and web browse over GPRS quite often.  I've never seen this issue on any of my devices.  I'll be getting a C3200 soon.  I can test out a USB bluetooth dongle and see CPU usage.

For what it's worth, here's a screenshot of CPU usage as I plug in my Kensington EDR Bluetooth dongle.
First 2 screenshots are for the Kensington EDR Bluetooth dongle.
It maxes the application CPU, which then drops. Then maxes the system CPU and stays maxed.
I have a Socket Bluetooth (rev K) CF card also.
The 3rd screenshot shows the CPU in sysinfo as I plug in the Socket Bluetooth card.
EDIT: The CPU usage for the Socket card is quite a lot lower than the above USB dongle.

Hi !
I use everyday an Ovislink BT usb dongle, and I have no CPU usage problems. The CPU is at 100% during 20 seconds when I plug the dongle but it's because of the buggy hotplug scripts (I've done a quick hack to reduce this down to 5 seconds). Moreover the dongle current consomption is very low.
Cheers,
  Ludo.

on shot 2 the cpu usage dropped off when i was doing something else otherwise it would be the same as shot 1.
could it be a bluez problem?
