Title: Did Anyone Else Lose Money To Bitpass?

I got an email from them saying they were going out of business and that I had a week to make purchases and clean out my account. When I signed I found that last month they charged an "account maintenance fee" that cleaned out my account. Looks like a sinking ship taking all they can get. Anyone else get similarly stuck?
