Title: Vlc Player For Zaurus

Anyone tried it out yet? If so, any advantages over, say, Mplayer/Kino2 ??

BTW, VLC is a great player on a windows machine.

There is a lot of discussion on VLC, a search will turn up many many hits here.
I think it is somewhat buggy on the Zaurus.
I wish the guy at corecodec would port TCPMP, it plays most everything you throw at it on other handhelds.

Seems everyone here prefers mplayer and want to continue with mplayer.

Actually, I would love to have TCPMP on the Zaurus.  I would drop mplayer in a nanosecond if it was released for the Z.

I recall running it on the 5500, it wasn't too bad. Won't run on a clamshell ...
