Hi boy.
I've tried to download Cacko lite for c1000 (I want to custom my rom without bundle app of full ver), but the link is broken.
Anyone can redirect me?
Thanks.

Found it here: http://www.zaurus.org.uk/downloads.html (http://www.zaurus.org.uk/downloads.html)
However the link on cacko biz is broken for many months...
It's sad.

Maslovsky appears to have dropped off the face of the planet. The last time he logged into the forums was back in January. Based on this and the fact that Cacko links haven't been fixed since the move; I consider Cacko to be an abandoned ROM.
Speculatrix - would you be interested in hosting the release 3200 versions of Cacko 1.2.3? I'm pretty sure I have them backed up to DVD somewhere.
-
I have all the roms too but just need a way to display them.

Wow Antikx! Is there anything Zaurus related that you don't have squirreled away?

enodr is also hosting the Cacko 1.23 ROMs for the 7x0, 860, 7500, 3x00 and 1000. You can find them here. (http://sharpromfeed.home.linuxtogo.org/download/cacko/rom1.23/)

Anton posted in one of the forums in January!

He said he'd been trying to contact the admins about the links to the roms and that it was proving difficult!!
It is only in the last couple of days that posting has been possible without 'hacks' and fiddles.
Look in Site news and the related forum.
I'm thinking to post some requests about the 'missing' features, downloads, zaurusthemes, feed... there.
Wish me luck!

The best of luck to you. I fear that Maslovsky has given up in frustration.

Just thinking out loud here...
I'm not trying to start a flamewar, I'm going a bit OT, and I'm not talking about anyone in particular, but it's my opinion and perspective that many developers tend to get jaded and frustrated over time.
I would imagine there is little reward in doing Opensource developing and having users hound you about little bugs all the time must get to a person down. I know I'm guilty of hounding,
The OE bugtracking methodology seems to be a good way to place the bugs in an organized pile that developers can work at instead of in your face like in a forum.
