I have an older computer sitting in the corner across from this computer and it runs win98
Microsoft stopped supporting win98 sometime last year, so I googled for a fix for the new Daylight Savings time fix for win98.
Here's the website:
http://solprovider.com/articles/win98timezones (http://solprovider.com/articles/win98timezones)
Here's the file to update to the new timezone (for the United States)
It's a zipped *.reg file. Just unzip it and double-click it to merge it into your registry.
If you are in doubt, you can right-click it and open it in notepad with "Edit"
