Title: Native Gcc-4.1.2 For 3.5.4.1

Some time ago I incquired about gcc-4.1.1 (https://www.oesf.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=22397&hl=gcc-4) for native development. There were no responses, though in some other thread Koen mentioned that he has native gcc-4.1.xxx or something compiled.

I'd like to use gcc-4.1.2 natively on the Z (spitz on 3.5.4.1) but can't for heaven's sake get it built in Openembedded. Has someone built it? If so, I'd appreciate if I could have it. Thanks a lot in advance.

'bitbake gcc-4.1.2' works fine over here. Angstrom has it in the feeds as well: [a href=\"http://www.angstrom-distribution.org/repo/?action=details&pnm=gcc]http://www.angstrom-distribution.org/repo/...details&pnm=gcc[/url]

Is there a working Angstrom image for the c7x0 somewhere? I've tried [a href=\"http://www.angstrom-distribution.org/unstable/images/20070207/c7x0/]http://www.angstrom-distribution.org/unsta.../20070207/c7x0/[/url] but upon boot I get tons of flash errors and it won't run...

Am trying to bitbake an Angstrom c7x0 image now, will see how that goes overnight. But already got stuck on the dreaded glibc locale generation problem, so turned that off, but don't know if it'll build, so I'd like to use a prebuilt one...

OK, I've built the Angstrom console image, flashed it, and it boots.

However, the Zaurus just stops after

VFS: Mounted root (jffs2 filesystem) readonly.
Freeing init memory: 80Kand just sits there, no login, nothing...

What's wrong?
