hey all
i'm trying last angstrom unstable image but i got a painfull problem:
the screen calibration sucks. the cursor is'nt on the middle of the screen when the pen is... i must move the pen to the left to make the cursor go upper...
etc
i tried to remove /etc/pointercal and to remake it, but thats the same.
can you give me good values for pointercal for a c1000 ? or another advice ?
thanks

This forum is the wrong place to talk about bugs, use the angstrom mailinglists, or the bugtracker: [a href=\"http://bugs.openembedded.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2139]http://bugs.openembedded.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2139[/url]

Zecrazytux, you are welcome to talk about bugs here at OESF.
My understanding of what koen is saying is that you will probably have more OE developers look at and respond to your bugs if you chose to use their mailing list and bug tracker. They have a good system in place and are encouraging people to use it.

The solution to your problem is on the Angstrom site. I won't post the solution directly here because the Angstrom team does not approve of using these forums for Angstrom assistance.
I ran into this problem last night when I flashed to 2007/4/22 unstable version.
Here is the link. (http://linuxtogo.org/gowiki/ZaurusAkita) I used the first pointercal listed and it is working well for me.
Watch out for the backlight issue as well which seems to have a fix posted in the Angstrom user mailing list. The archive of the posts are here (http://lists.linuxtogo.org/pipermail/angstrom-distro-users/2007-May/000172.html) and here. (http://lists.linuxtogo.org/pipermail/angstrom-distro-users/2007-May/000175.html) I haven't tested these ones out yet so, caveat emptor and all that jazz.

I had same pointercal problem, so naturally I looked on Angstrom site, but there's so much documentation there I got lost, and found the answer here
