Here in Germany Aldi is offering 2GB for EUR 12,99 now.
I had no problems at all with their 1GB card bought about a year ago.

Buy.com also has a special (http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=204520768&adid=17662) on 1GB Kingston SD cards: 4 1GB cards for $22.95 after rebate, free shipping. It looks like the rebate offer ends 5/12.

I had problems with a Kingston 256 on my SL5500. I could use it as a fat file system, but it would not format to ext2 properly from the Zaurus or my desktop.
