I just installed OZ 3.5.4.1 on my Akita and I am not having much luck getting a Bluetooth DUN connection to my T-Mobile phone working. At first I bought an AmbiCom BT2000 and I couldn't get it working on my Zaurus or laptop. So I bought a Belkin f8T020 ver 2 and I got it working nicely on my laptop under Ubuntu Fiesty Fawn. On the Zaurus I have it working except for actually making a ppp connection. I am actually getting very odd behavior where attempts to connect seem to randomly result in either A) I get no debug output acts like noauth is not defined (peer refused to authenticate), or C) I am getting a loopback detected.
The most frustrating part is that it works like a champ on the laptop. Please no suggestions to use Angstrom unless you have one of these bluetooth cards and have it working under Angstrom. As far as I can tell Angstrom Zaurus support is still beta and I would rather not bodly go with this.
So, any ideas?

I too have been having problems with bluetooth on oz3.5.4.1 on spitz
When I first boot up, I can do "hciconfig -a" and it works, however, later on it reports an error at the end:Can't read local name on hci0: Connection timed out (110)"
I have to reboot before I can get anything working again; the odd thing is that if I have done "rfcomm bind...", I can do "cat /dev/rfcomm0" and it simply doesn't do anything - doesn't lock up, I can do CTRL-C
I think it happens when I put the Z into suspend; no amount of ejecting the card, restarting bluetooth, or even trying to "rmmod" the various kernel modules will fix it (I can never rmmod hci_uart).

hmmm, I can't get bluetooth to work in Angstrom; have to do hciattach manually and get lots of errors in /var/log/messages thus
Jun 6 22:58:56 spitz user.err kernel: h4_recv: Unknown HCI packet type 01
