It's possible to overclock via shell?
There is some command tod o this?
It will be very useful out X.

Look also at the cpu python applet ... you can lern from there what to do in command line.

Wow, I have also posting in that topic!
However I can understand the command line that I have to type.
°set cpu clock speed doesn't  work...

I see from your sig you are running pdaxrom - I'm not sure when but certainly 5.4.7 has it Meanie added the capability to cpuoverclock.py to set the clock frequency etc... from the commandline thus:

cpuoverclock.py -c -i 5     #gives 624Mhz on a C3000
cpuoverclock.py -c             #prints out what you need

have fun........

just a note, i make this patch in cpuoverclock.py if you encorr any issue please send me a email or PM.
