Title: Dosbox And Touchscreen (mouse Emu)

Did anyone managed to make dosbox's touch screen to behave like mouse cursor? I want to play Simfarm  but I cannot as without proper mouse it's impossible. I don't want to use usb mouse, I know it works with it. I want to use the stylus.
