How do I turn off -- not suspend -- the zaurus?

a basic init 0 (halt) or shutdown now seems to halt but to turn on the zaurus I must take the battery out and unattach A/C. Why is this?

because there no hardware wakeup button

Then how does the qtopia/sharp ROM do it?

Qtopia/Sharp rom also uses Suspend, never halt
