Hi, I have recently installed pocketworkstation with meanie's packages: xqt-debian-jumbo-lite_0.4.3-0.1, and xqt-debian-scripts_0.6.1, and zaurus-debian-jumbo-v18-b01.tar.gz.
Everything works very well except for the network. It works well under qtopia, but nothing under pocketworkstation. (ping google doesn't respond). Yet, ifconfig returns eth0 with my valid ip. What is going wrong?
do I have to edit /etc/network/interfaces, in which there is nothing?
Thanks for any help...
SOLVED: copy /etc/resolv.conf to the debroot/etc/resolv.conf

out of curiosity, how well does this debian update? can you run a recent firefox? (possibly 2.0x?)

Well that is something I have been wanting to know as well.... I was discouraged by the thought that it would take ages so I didn't update to more recent debian.
