how to install program in hda with cacko?becasuse it install applications only in nand

Just take a close look at the gui, I'm sure the option will be there.
(Although I haven't been using Cacko for a long time)

ther isn't an options to install programs in gui,only in nand or sd or cf.can I add another by a config file?

no, the cacko and sharp installer (same app) does not have an option to install to the microdrive and it cannot be changed because that app is closed source...
