Anyone got an nxclient runing on their zaurus? I know there is the qtopia one... but its not been updated for ages.
Besides an EABI compiled X client would be just great. TBH NX with bluetooth over the mobile and I can run _any_ app I want... )

rdesktop -z for compression and setting bit depth will do a fairly good job of remote control of a windows box (2000 server, or any XP and later variant).
tightvnc is quite good too, but not as good as rdesktop, ultravnc has hooks so it can more intelligently do remote updates but I found it was a resource hog when I used it some time ago.

I was using vncviewer but rdesktop gives better results. I can finally play full tilt / pokerstars on the zaurus at a very usaeble level! Thank you for reminding me of rdesktop .
Still nx ,IMHO , is superior to vnc when connecting to a linux machine and therefore would like to see it compiled for debian eabi. I tried compiling it from source on the z but got too many dependency problems on older libraries . I hope someone with more compiling knowledge can package this out someday.
