agreed, Sash and co, many thanks for porting this. I just couldn\'t get round to even attempting it. Many many thanks. BTW do we need kalarm ported to use the alarms properly?
Chris

Yes, nice that KO/Pi is now available for the xpdarom as well..
That was my intention to develop a platform-independent KO/Pi:
Just to make it possible to compile it for every platform, which is supported by Qt.
Without the requirement to have KDE installed.
The alarm delivered with KO/Pi is useless for the xpdarom, because it uses the alarm deamon of Qtopia.
Maybe I will later add/develop an alarm deamon, which is running on Windows/ Linux desktop.
Then this one may be used for the xpdarom.
But I guess, it would be difficult to make the zaurus starting, when it is in suspend mode.
Or is this already implemented in the xpdarom?

Hi sashz,
the guest was me, of course.
There is currently no syncing of KO/Pi with Outlook.
But I would like to have that.
I will work on the implementation of the syncing the next weeks...

Hi Both,
Sashz/Zautrix if you guys want some help to port/develop the kalarm stuff to apm based, I\'ll gladly help.
Zautrix, I\'ll also gladly help for Outlook syncing, in anyway I can, testing, developing etc. (Also for ka/pi if help is needed/helpful :-).
Cheers both,
Chris

Hey! KO/PI... Great stuff! Thanks for helping get PIM apps in the X11rom!
Is this based on the KOrganizer/Embedded?
I tried to copy the .ics file from my Linux distro (Full KDE) to the Z, but
KO/PI didn\'t seem to read it. Shouldn\'t the ics file formats be the same?
I know sync is not yet supported, so I wanted to simply copy the .ics
files around. Any advice?
Thanks.

@jgraves:
Which KO/Pi version?
Which KDE version?
Which ROM?
