it seems i'm having quick battery draining when my zaurus is suspended while i'm under X...
am i the only one with this (main) problem ?
i think it started to happen with latest 2.6.23 and it is still happening with 2.6.24...

I had major battery drain after installing Tichy. I'm not sure if I overlooked something while installing/configuring but it forced me to uninstall tichy/debian and replace it with PdaXromii13.
I really can't wait until these Zaurus-Debian distros are less generic and incorporate more Zaurus specific configurations (screen rotation, power management, etc) because so far Tichy/Debian has impressed me even more than PdaX.

sometimes I have this problem
My theory is that you push the power button to suspend then close the screen. The act of closing the screen prevents the suspend process from happening for whatever reason meaning that the machine stays on and drains the battery.
I push the suspend button, wait for the screen to black, count to 5 then close it and stick it in my pocket and it seems to somewhat alleviate the issue.
