Did Trolltech ever release qtopia-free-1.5.4? I have 1.5.0 that I downloaded, and I can find 1.6.0 and higher, but I was hoping to find the source for the example apps for the specific qtopia installed on my SL-5500. I want to look at the todolist app for a new project, and the one in 1.5.0 is pretty primitive compared to the one in 1.5.4.
If I can\'t find it, I may have to give up and look at the apps in 1.6.0 instead.

There is no such thing as Qtopia/TrollTech 1.5.4. What you are referring to is Qtopia/Sharp 1.5.4, which is fully closed source.
-
Well, that explains it. Thanks.

Where can I download the most recent open source Qtopia 1.5.x? They all seem to have disappeared from ftp.trolltech.no, which only has 1.6 and later.
-
Why would you need 1.5 ? 1.6 is pretty much the same.
-
Was just curious what\'s changed. I downloaded and compiled 1.6.2 last night, but I also wanted to see the version the the Zaurus is based on. I also want the header files, although I think I found a compatible set in the zgcc distro.

You could try to get hold off the old 1.5 SDK which they sent out for the first application developers contest.
-
You can try this sdk:
[a href=\"ftp://ftp.trolltech.com/qtopia/sdk/SuSE7.0/qtopia-free-1.5.0-1.i386.rpm\" target=\"_blank\"]ftp://ftp.trolltech.com/qtopia/sdk/SuSE7.....5.0-1.i386.rpm (http://ftp://ftp.trolltech.com/qtopia/sdk/SuSE7.0/qtopia-free-1.5.0-1.i386.rpm)
://ftp://ftp.trolltech.com/qtopia/sdk/....0-1.i386.rpm
[/a]
and this:
[a href=\"ftp://ftp.trolltech.com/qtopia/sdk/SuSE7.0/qtopia-free-1.5.0-1.src.rpm\" target=\"_blank\"]ftp://ftp.trolltech.com/qtopia/sdk/SuSE7....1.5.0-1.src.rpm (http://ftp://ftp.trolltech.com/qtopia/sdk/SuSE7.0/qtopia-free-1.5.0-1.src.rpm)
://ftp://ftp.trolltech.com/qtopia/sdk/...5.0-1.src.rpm
[/a]

If you want to see what was the original tar file, use qtopia-free-1.5.0-1.src.rpm with rpm2cpio.
e.g.:
rpm2cpio qtopia-free-1.5.0-1.src.rpm | cpio -div
