I had been looking everywhere for the perfect fit and the OQO 01 is for all intensive purposes the same exact size as the Zaurus 3100 (and others).
I got the case from OQO and couldn't be happier - it's the perfect case, adding very little bulk to it and keeping it safe in my pocket.

It's bigger than the z but may work...

Why not use the neoprene case that comes with the foldable keyboards for PDA's.....fits perfectly, and oh so cheap.

I've found that the best case for the clamshell zauri is actually a CaseLogic portable harddrive case. It's Neoprene, about 15 bucks, and has a pocket for wifi cf / usb host / sd cards as well. Great to just toss in your messenger bag or whatever.

$9.99. This should be in great deals and Z buys.

I've found that a Nintendo DS case is a fairly good fit, sufficient to leave the wifi card sticking out the side. It's a bit too deep.
the zip goes all the way round, and the case opens flat, so you can operate the Z whilst it's inside.
