i think an i386 module (home pc) won't work with an armel kernel (zaurus), also i don't know how to make an armel module to work on a different armel kernel for which it was designed to run
1) you could ask for that module (if it's missing) in http://www.omegamoon.com (http://www.omegamoon.com) - there's a new kernel released
or
2) if that cf card is known to work with debian for zaurus, you could use that kernel instead with the zubuntu rootfs
in the following post you can get an idea on how to merge zubuntu with debian kernel https://www.oesf.org/forum/index.php?s=&...st&p=181831 (https://www.oesf.org/forum/index.php?s=&showtopic=26410&view=findpost&p=181831)

Don't buy another card (yet). Symbol Spectrum24 Trilogy PCMCIA card support is included in the latest 2.6.30-rc4 kernel. Downloads are here (http://www.omegamoon.com/blog/index.php?entry=entry090425-221741). Copy the kernel into the /boot directory and extract the kernel modules as well.
Let me know if it works
