Title: Support Options?

My Netalker slid off my desk and dropped on it's corner...

It still works, but I am sure the touch screen doesn't

It is cracked in many places.

The LCD and case membrane are fine...

See the attached image for the results...

Well so far the options seem to involve sending it to someone I know in Japan.

Yes and he was very helpful, but I am venturing into new territory.
