Title: OpenZaurus and D-Link DCF-660W
Post by: whiteinge on March 27, 2004, 03:50:48 pm
In the hopes that this will save someone a little frustration, this is what I did to get the D-Link DCF-660W working on OpenZaurus 3.3.5 (on a C860 from Conics).

If you run cardctl ident then add that info to the file /etc/pcmcia/config file in the format:

card \"D-Link DCF-660W\"
manfid 0x601, 0x0005
bind \"orinoco_cs\"

then restart pcmcia services: `/etc/init.d/pcmcia stop` then start

should do it. I know the DCF-660w is based on the prism2 chipset, don\'t ask me why it\'s using orinoco drivers.
