Title: Sac Area ZUG: Introduce yourselves
Post by: jason123 on April 02, 2004, 12:42:18 am
(if ya feel like it)

Hey all, my name is Jason.  My hobbies include reading, hunting, burning things (with fire), sitting and doing nothing (oh ... I'd say thats a hobby -- if not a skill), and right now trying to get my Zaurus perfectly running -- I always end up installing some weird package that screws everything up.  Anyway I digress.  Actually ... no I don't thats about all of an introduction I can do so .....

Anyways, I'm just interested in one kinda sorta meeting you all -- online is fine -- and also finding out how many of you there actually are.

Hi, is this group still active? I'm awaiting a 5600 I won on  eBay. It seems there are several members in El Dorado County (or there was in 2004), are they still around? I'm in Fairplay; you Hangtowners should know where that is

I've been running OpenSuse on my desktop for several years, but I'm not very bright, so I hope there's still someone here to answer questions

I don't know how active the Zaurus community ever got in our area.  I know Fairplay pretty well -- I used to have a few friends out that way.  I haven't used SuSe in quite some time, I'm an Ubuntu fan myself.  How do you like your 5600?
