it appears that /usr/bin/mcookie is missing from pdaXrom 1.0.5. this causes problems if you use X11 forwarding with ssh to the Z - once you use an X session via ssh then X apps executed on the Z itself are denied access to the X server on the Z.
here\'s a simple script that fixes this problem, create it as /usr/bin/mcookie and set permissions as 755:
