While OpenBSD has dropped the support for the Zaurus (with the 6.0 release being the last one), the folks at NetBSD are still releasing binaries for our beloved PDAs. The Zaurus' release includes a specific kernel for the SL-C700 (Corgi), plus a generic one for all the other models.
BTW Lately there have been some (minimal) activity on the port-zaurus mailing list:

NetBSD has still issues booting with the -head parameter, though he's still working on fixing this.
