Planet Computers have announced that they will exhibit at the Mobile World Congress Americas show in San Francisco from 12th to 14th September 2017 with a fully working sample. The MWC Americas will be held this year for the first time, and it is being organized by the GSMA association, together with the CTIA US wireless association.

Is anybody here planning to attend this event, and maybe take some photos of the Gemini?

I hope they'll have a fully working prototype and it will get lots of coverage.

I'm about an hour drive to San Francisco.
Depending upon my work schedule those days, I might try to get up there to take a peek at it....
But really depends upon what my schedule looks come those days....
If I do make it, I'd certainly share my observations and some pics....

I was assuming it might cost around $25 to get into the exhibition hall....but it's part of a large scope package....
Oh well...

Ouch! MWC is expensive in Europe too.
