Someone on the Indiegogo's page has asked what games will be possible to run on the Gemini, under Linux. I have found a list of games which run on the Pandora; since they share the same OS and CPU family, most of them should be able to run on the Gemini as well:

In general all linux-arm packages for debian should work (https://packages.debian.org/stable/games/). The OpenPandora Packages are just containers with compiled stuff for angstrom (!), the default os on the pandora. So on the pandora you haven't as many games you could have with debian - but they are much easier to administrate since they are in containers (PND, modern formats of these would be snap or flatpak)...
I don't know of special commercial games that support linux/debian on arm. but there are some nice companies that opensourced their engines and/or there are reimplementations of some engines are available... Jedi Knight 2/3 is no problem, Jazz Jackrabbit (OpenJazz), The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind (OpenMW),...
Besides that you could also emulate an x86 CPU to run Linux Games from for example GOG with Eltechs ExaGear Desktop for ARMv8 devices (select "other" => ARMv8 for the Linux on Gemini; https://eltechs.com/product/exagear-desktop...ear-sale-2017/ (https://eltechs.com/product/exagear-desktop/exagear-desktop-features-and-prices-new-year-sale-2017/).

It would be also interesting to check how well ExaGear runs x86 games on the Pandora, I have seen that it is not that expensive. There's btw an end-of-year offer for all the ARMv8 devices, 20 euros instead of 25, which I must say is tempting.
