Title: Support/returns for defective units

Although I haven't received my PDA yet, what happens if it is defective? Does the unit have to go back to China or will it be replaced locally?

I think it will depends which country you're in.
the UK has local presence, so anywhere in Europe will probably have to ship to the UK.
