As far as Google is concerned, it's pretty easy to stop them storing information by changing your activity settings: https://myaccount.google.com/activitycontrols (https://myaccount.google.com/activitycontrols)

And you can delete whatever they have already from https://myactivity.google.com/delete-activi...urce=my-account (https://myactivity.google.com/delete-activity?utm_source=my-account).

For Facebook, I just deleted m account
