Title: Over Battery Temperature

So how do we remove the battery? Also has anyone else gotten this error on their Gemini? This is the First time it has shown up on mine and I had the charger hooked up on the Left side. Was playing an Android game and the battery was at 15% so I plugged it in and continued playing for 40 minutes till I stopped to go get some food when I got back I saw the Over temp warning on the screen. Also it says to remove the battery but as was posted there is no way to remove the battery without causing damage. I have powered off the Gemini and waited till it cooled down before plugging the charger back in.

Sounds like we need a public service announcement to not play games while charging to prevent risk of overheating.  I don't really know what's worse, this or the Microsoft Surface Book 2 where the power brick doesn't supply enough juice for games and the battery drains while it's plugged in (https://www.theverge.com/2017/11/21/16685986/microsoft-surface-book-2-power-problem).

Makes me now wonder if it had the X27 CPU would I have gotten this warning?

When the overheating warning appeared, were you using the supplied charger/cable, or a third-party one? So is there no passive cooling in the gemin pda or atleast a heatsink or a fan?

There is definitely not a fan! That would be active cooling anyway. There is passive cooling of course. Is it good enough? Remains to be seen. But I'm only aware of a couple of reports of this problem, and we don't know if it's a charging problem, a cooling problem, a battery problem, a sensor problem...

I used the charger that came with the Gemini along with the cable that came with it.
