Title: Cell connection issues

So I was testing the cellular connection today, able to load several pages and run a google speed test, then a strange little x appeared on the T-mobile LTE indicator and won't go away. Tried a few things, and found that I am able to start pinging just about anything -- it will actually get the right IP for sites -- but it can't actually send any packets. Anyone else run into issues with cellular connections failing?

I'm starting to worry that the carrier may have blocked the device...

I *think* this is a red herring, just a problem with the account, but T-mobile's reps are very unhelpful. At least the prepaid ones, so I am still not really sure what's going on here.
