Title: How to (sticky key)

I'd like to somehow enable sticky keys for 'Shift" "Ctrl" and "Fn" but can't find any tip/trick or way to do this. With most of my entry being thumb-typing, pressing Shift and then the letter to capitalize (i.e. consecutively) is much easier than doing so simultaneously! Any solution?

I am also interested in this. I had it on my Zaurus, but found no way under Android yet.

I've tried it with the External Keyboard Helper app - but this did not work. Neither the sticky feature nor the umlauts after reboot. :-/
