I first notice that out of the box, Shft-2 does not produce @; it produces ". Fn-2 produces #
Also while Shft-1 produces !, Fn-1 produces | not ~
Shft-3 produces the GB pound symbol; Fn-3 produces \
The others seem to produce what they advertise. Anyone else experiencing this? Got a fix? --Chris

You have a UK keyboard map somewhere in the settings.
You need to faf around with your keyboard layouts. The Gemini seems to have a few different places where you can change the keyboard map.
Try checking the virtual keyboard as well as the physical one. It took me ages to get @ working a UK keyboard. (Fn K).

To set your keyboard up, either go to:
http://support.planetcom.co.uk/index.php/Configuration (http://support.planetcom.co.uk/index.php/Configuration)
or from the gemini, press Alt (to get the planet bar up), then the planet button (left), then support. That will take you to the PC support page. Press the hamburger icon (3 horizontal lines), then select configuration. This page has directions to set up your keyboard.
I think they default the keyboards to UK, so setting up a US keyboard is required (I had to).

My Gemini displays GERMAN; not English.
This American backer ordered a US keyboard.
What now given the must-translate-as-I-go set-up process.
Disappointed and not surprised.

Restart the setup process and select the correct language. I think it's the first or second question asked.
