Title: Hiding Volte Icon?

I've looked hard but haven't found anything to block that long, annoying icon. I'm rooted--has anybody figured a way to hide the volte icon?

What ‘Volte’ icon?  I've never seen anything called that.

The only long icon I see is the one taking up all spaces in the top row of the first launcher screen, labelled ‘Search’.  If that's the one you mean, it seems there's no easy way to remove it, short of installing a different launcher or removing the Google app completely.

Hi, gidds. I'm referring to VoLTE, voice over LTE, available from certain carriers. If it's enabled--and PC suggests using it if possible--this long icon appears on the status bar, next to the wifi icon.
