Title: Agenda app settings
Post by: Primitive Person on September 15, 2018, 10:11:53 am
It might sound a bit fussy, but being able to set times in 24-hour format is an absolute must if the Agenda app is to be of any use to me at all. So far, I haven't found a way of being able to do this. If it can't be done, I'll have to use a different app. I work in an industry that uses 24-hour times in all its operations, and it's pretty important for me to be able to record them.

Any other good diary/agenda apps that support it, if the Planet one doesn't?

It is not possible (not yet anyway...) to SET time in 24-hour format in "Agenda", but it can display them in 24-hour (I believe it follows your time-format setting set in Android). But it also only displays the start-time (and not the end-time). So it is QUITE limited indeed!!

A lot of people (with Geminis, I think) are using Calengoo, which also has some keyboard shortcuts (tapping "h" displays them), but you can't edit an entry from the week view, and you can't navigate and enter in all fields using just the physical keyboard. Business Calendar and aCalendar are some other calendar apps I've seen recommended/mentioned here as well.

I think it (at least until they update Agenda) will be difficult to find ONE agenda/calendar app that works really well with the physical keyboard, and fulfills all your needs for a calendar...
